- Be Chicken dum Biryani served with cumin raita
(Slow steam-cooked (called dum technique) long-grain basmati rice cooked with chicken, embraced by a traditional Indian spice, finish with crispy fried onion and mix nuts)

(Cottage Cheese cooked with onion tomatoes masala gravy finished with cashew paste, butter and cream)

(Delicious & flavorful Indian curry made by cooking chickpeas in a spicy onion tomato masala gravy)

- Dal Makhani with steamed rice and Naan bread
(Whole black lentil and red kidney bean simmered long finished with butter and cream and seasoned by authentic Indian spices)

- Mix Vegetable Korma with naan and steamed rice and Naan bread
(Mild and creamy vegetable curry with a rich flavor from cashews and cream and seasoned by authentic Indian spices)

- Palak Mushroom with naan and steamed rice and Naan bread
(Fresh Spinach puree cooked with mushrooms finished with cream and butter)
